Confirmation Policy
A massage coordinator will reconfirm with you the day before your
scheduled appointment
Arrival
Upon entering the mansion walk around the stairs and push on the door
to suite 103 then walk downstairs. Plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your
scheduled appointment so that you may fill out a client profile to prepare
for your service. Feel free to arrive as early as you like to enjoy our
relaxation room before your service.
Late Arrivals
All appointments have been designed to allow the appropriate time for
the full enjoyment of the service. Your late arrival may limit our ability
to offer the fullest experience possible.
Cancellations
Please provide 24 hour notice for cancellations or changes of all
appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be
charged 50% of scheduled service. No Shows will be charged the full
service price. This policy also applies to gift card holders.
Massage and Modalities
Please specify modality preference at the time of booking. Speak with the
therapist directly about style and depth of pressure.
Children
Guests must be at least 12 years of age with a parent present to receive
massage services. No children unless they are having massage services.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of health and beauty. Gift Certificates are a memorable
expression of caring for any occasion. Gift certificates are available in any
denomination and may be used towards all products and services. Gift
certificates are transferable, but not refundable. Expired gift certificates
will not be honored since there is a six month expiration date on all gift
certificates.
Gratuity
Rates do not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and appreciated.
A cash gratuity is especially appreciated.
