*  Swedish:

​

Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits. It is a classic massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation.​
    
*  Deep Tissue: 

 

This type of massage is performed with firmer strokes to eliminate knots, locked up areas, and to free up congestion of the muscle attachments.

*  Prenatal: 

 

This specialty massage is performed to meet the needs of mothers-to-be by creating a relaxing approach to relieve leg cramping, lower back pain, water retention and fatigue. A series of 8 massages during pre-natal and post-natal are recommended.

 

*  Reflexology: 

​

This ancient Chinese technique involves massage of specific pressure points on the feet to help establish the flow of energy and pressure
while relieving stress throughout the body.

(An excellent add on to a Swedish massage.)

*  Lymphatic Drainage /  Post Face Lift / Tummy Tuck:

​

This service combines Lymphatic Drainage and Deep tissue (when needed) massage techniques combines three basic strokes to the skin: long, firm strokes, kneading strokes, and small deep circles. A gentle but firm manipulation of the muscle tissue relieves pain and tension and induces relaxation and helps move retained fluid towards the lymph nodes for drainage.

 

(We recommend twice a week massages for initial post op clients during the initial 8 weeks then once a week until satisfied with results ~TIP ~book online in advance!)

 

*  Myofascial Release:

This is a safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.

*  Chair:

​

Chair Massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on. It is excellent for relaxation and more, depending on the technique(s) used by your massage therapist. A gentle but firm manipulation of the muscle tissue relieves pain and tension and induces relaxation

*  Herbal Mini Facials:

A rejuvenating facial mask that tightens and exfoliates your skin, leaving you with a face that shines with radiance.
